Delivery

  • All deliveries are based on the cumulative weight of the items ordered which has been aligned with the current Royal Mail postage prices.

  • All items are sent using Royal Mail where there are various options for delivery.

  • COUNTRIES SHIPPED TO: UK, USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand

  • PLEASE TAKE NOTE: If you did not choose a ‘Signed For’ or ‘Special Delivery’ option for postage, we cannot be responsible if the package goes missing. It would be down to you to submit the claim for a missing parcel directly with Royal Mail. If you would like to receive the link on how to do this, please get in touch via our Contact page and we would be more than happy to help!

Returns

We regret to inform you that we are unable to accept returns for orders once the fabric has been cut. All of our fabric gets cut to the amount specified when the order is placed therefore we are unable to accept returns and process refunds at this point.

However…

If your item is faulty or damaged, please get in touch as soon as possible as we will send a replacement or issue a refund as soon as possible. Please get in touch via our Contact Page to send a message where we will respond as soon as possible. Please note: We will need photographic evidence to be able to issue a refund.

PLEASE TAKE NOTE: Our fabric is sold by the quarter meter.

1 Unit = 1 Fat Quarter

2 Units = Half a Meter

3 Units = Three Quarters of a Meter

4 Units = 1 Meter
